Brahman is Knowledge,– <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brahman  is Knowable and                                                  <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attainable through Knowledge. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, Brahman remains <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

well-established<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the hearts of all  as Antaryamin. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a Vedic Hymn called <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Narayana Suktam<\/em><\/strong> which is usually <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

recited as part of Mantra Pushpam<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suktam<\/em><\/strong> means \u2018that which is<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

well-articulated or well-expressed.\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Suktam contains three sections. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first section, we <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

understand the Glory and <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Splendour of Narayana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the second, we are helped to enter our own Hrudaya<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Hrudayakasa<\/em>, we are helped to visualize the core of the heart where we get a glimpse of Prana in a ring of flames, and within it the Spark of Jivatma<\/em> and within it the Flash of Paramatma.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the third section tells us to surrender ourselves to Supreme Narayana and seek His Grace. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us Listen to this Sukta, <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us Understand the Meaning, <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us Meditate on Narayana, and <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

which is like an inverted Lotus Bud <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

that is at a place one hand-span <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

below the throat-front <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and one hand-span above the navel. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is the Great Dwelling Place <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 for the entire Universe. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That Abode looks blazing <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

like a Garland of Flames. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

with the help of Naadis,- the Energy Channels,- <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

on all sides. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At its Centre is Subtle Space, – Sukshma Akaasaha <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u2013 in which everything  stands <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

well-supported and well-established. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
